Will I be kept waiting?

We see our patients by appointment and reserve that time specifically for you. We do not double book because we believe you deserve dedicated time with one of our dentists to address any oral health concerns or conditions you may have. We respect our patients’ time and make every effort to remain on schedule. Once you have made an appointment, please be aware that this time is reserved especially for you.

Our office will send you an email or text message several days in advance and ask for a response to confirm your appointment. Making every effort to confirm the time set aside just for you, shows our commitment to your excellent dental health. By responding to us to confirm your appointment, we know that you join us in this commitment. 

We understand that our patients have busy schedules and that you would probably rather spend your time somewhere other than the dental chair. We work skillfully and efficiently to keep your treatment on track. We believe in doing things right the first time and know that both your financial and your time investments are important. We always treat you with respect.
